Information you choose to provide

When you send a service request, AC Fix Fireplace Fix may receive your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, service selection, access instructions, preferred timing, and message. Do not submit payment-card, financial-account, or other sensitive information through the form.

When you send a technician application, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, city, area of interest, experience level, licenses or certifications, work-history summary, availability, and other details you choose to provide. Do not submit a Social Security number, driver’s license number, financial information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

How the information is used

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, contact you about the requested service, coordinate an appointment, and maintain an operational record of the request. The form asks for consent to call or text the phone number supplied about that request.

Technician-application information is used to review your interest in working with AC Fix Fireplace Fix, contact you about that application, and maintain an appropriate business record of the inquiry.

Form processing

This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions for the site and can send submission notifications to the business office. Its handling of that information is governed by its own privacy and security terms.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, chat widgets, or a marketing cookie system. The hosting provider may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the website.

Sharing and retention

Service-request and technician-application information is available to us and to the service providers needed to operate the forms and website. We do not add submitted details to this public site. Records should be kept only as long as needed for service, application review, legal, accounting, and security purposes.
